  1. We have age old bacon shrinkage problem in our house as well. The Mrs buys it and me and the kids eat it, but there is an age old solution……..send the Mrs out again.

  2. Without reading the article, I can say that if you’re suffering from bacon shrinkage then you’re not cooking enough. Can’t do the maths but think you should always cook at least 37.4728384% more bacon than you think you need on a normal day and on post drinking session days or Sunday mornings +1 after the % increase. White bread and butter are also essential. Without those, shrinkage need not be considered as you are clearly not taking this seriously!
