Although not huge fan of the alternate sculpt
Next up we have the concept art for Lilith and Rasputina alternates and avatars;

I do like the look of Scythe rather than the sword
She is naked :O I will be very interested to see how this comes out! As I am unsure at the moment.
Rasputina
Very nice alternate, as the original is a touch static really.
I am very interested in how this is going to turn out as well as I really like Tina and considering she sent DECEMBER into that Silent one to create the Snow Storm, be interested in the fluff of this avatar.
